On Thursday, May 25, 2017, the NATO Association of Canada interviewed French Air Force General Denis Mercier, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (SACT) NATO, on the topic of Suppression of Enemy Air Defences (SEAD) and Destruction of Enemy Air Defences (DEAD) operations in the 21st century.
