The Future of North Atlantic Cooperation: A Lithuanian Perspective

We are excited to be hosting a virtual discussion with H.E. Darius Skusevičius, Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to Canada on October 27th at 2 PM ET! Watch the event here.

The discussion will focus on Canada-Lithuania relations, security interests, transatlantic relations and the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. It will also touch upon many other interesting subjects!

Mr. Skusevičius became the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania to Canada in 2019. Prior to his appointment, he held various positions such as the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania from 2015-2017, and Director, National Agency for Youth and Students in 2006-2008.

Mr. Skusevičius holds a bachelor degree in software systems from Vilnius University, a bachelor degree in business management and administration from the University of Management and Economics (ISM), and a Masters degree from the Institute of International Relations and Political Science at Vilnius University.

We are constantly working to create and maintain relationships with international organizations such as the World Bank Group, the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, NATO Headquarters, the International Criminal Court, and other prominent international NGOs and think tanks.
