Listen as I interview Erick McKinlay. He successfully completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Toronto, majoring in History and minoring in Political Science and Italian Studies. Erick McKinlay also completed a Master of Arts degree with a specialization in Culture and Communication along with a law degree (J.D.) at the University of Ottawa. Previously, Erick worked at the Public Service Relations Board, where he provided feedback to Senior Counsel regarding the editing of board decisions. Erick drafted a report on the different types of advocacy carried out by lawyers who appear before adjudicators at the board. He also researched particulars of how technology is used by public agencies in North America.
Listen as Erick discusses the conference that he attended about the Syrian Crisis and Turkey: Security and Humanitarian Challenges. In addition, Erick examines some of the main arguments made by the Director General of the Turkish Red Crescent, Dr. Mehmet Gulluoglu.
